Position: QA Manager

Department: Quality Assurance

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Formulations / APIs as applicable)

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting to: Head - Quality / Managing Director

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function, ensuring compliance with cGMP, global regulatory standards, and company policies.

The role involves managing

quality systems, regulatory audits, product quality,

and

driving a culture of compliance

and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and maintain

QMS, including SOPs, BMR/BPR review, deviations, OOS/OOT, CAPA, and change controls.

Ensure compliance with

WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA, and other regulatory standards.

Oversee batch

release, in-process checks, complaints, and recalls.

Lead regulatory/customer audits

and ensure

audit readiness.

Drive training, mentoring

, and development of

QA teams.

Oversee validation/qualification activities for

equipment, processes, and methods.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives and support new product development.

Qualification & Experience:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Pharma or related).

Minimum 4 years

in QA with at

least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong exposure to regulatory audits and compliance requirements.

Key Skills:

In-depth knowledge of

cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent

documentation, audit handling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
