Overall department incharge & maintaining ISO 900- 2015
Overall in-charge of the Quality Assurance Department.
Responsible for maintaining and implementing ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems and procedures.
Conduct internal audits, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead a team to achieve quality objectives and continuous improvement.
Handle customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions.
Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure product quality and consistency.
