Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA department and quality systems. Maintain and improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Plan and conduct internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with quality policies, procedures, and standards. Review and analyze quality data; implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with production and other departments for quality-related issues. Train and develop QA staff to maintain high performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of QA experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and audit processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
