As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for the organization. - Establish and maintain quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve product quality. - Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as ISO, RoHS . - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. - Manage customer quality audits and certifications, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or related field; Advanced degree preferred. - Experience: 8 yrs to 10 yrs (In quality assurance, preferably in the electronic industry). - Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and techniques. - Experience with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RoHS, . - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
