This role involves creating curriculum materials, conducting assessments, and providing coaching to enhance the analytical and problem-solving abilities of individuals or groups. The specialist will work closely with educational institutions, corporate training departments, or as part of a coaching center to ensure that learners develop the necessary skills to excel in competitive exams, job assessments, and other evaluative scenarios.
Design and develop comprehensive training modules for quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.
Create engaging and effective instructional materials, including practice exercises, quizzes, and mock tests.
Continuously update curriculum content to align with current trends and requirements in competitive exams and industry standards.
Conduct classroom or online training sessions to teach quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning concepts.
Use various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles and levels of understanding.
Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to help learners overcome specific challenges.
Develop and administer assessments to measure learners' progress and proficiency in quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.
Analyze assessment results to identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback.
Track and report on learners' performance to stakeholders.
