Key Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring the QA team.
• Developing and implementing QA processes, methodologies and standards
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of test plans
• Ensuring the quality of the application delivered to the business.
• Reporting bugs and defects
• Reporting progress to key stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• Experience leading and mentoring QA teams
• Deep knowledge of both manual and automated testing tools and techniques
• Knowledge of test automation scripting for both functional and load testing
• Knowledge of common testing tools (Test Rail, Azure DevOps, Selenium)
• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational and reporting skills
