We are hiring a highly skilled and proactive

QA Lead

to oversee our automation and testing efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

UI Automation

,

Commerce Workflow

, and

BDD Frameworks

. You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, mentoring QA team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, development, and execution of automation strategies and test plans Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using BDD (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.) Conduct UI automation testing across web and mobile platforms Ensure test coverage of commerce workflows, including order, checkout, and payment flows Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to identify risks and improve quality Track and resolve defects, and ensure proper documentation and reporting Drive continuous improvements in testing practices and processes

Must-Have Skills:

5-8 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a lead role Strong hands-on experience with

UI Automation tools

(Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) Expertise in

BDD Frameworks

like Cucumber or SpecFlow Solid understanding of

eCommerce or Commerce Workflow testing

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Good to Have:

Knowledge of performance or API testing Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Exposure to tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr
