We are looking for an experienced QA Lead who can own the end-to-end quality strategy for our products. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with test planning, execution, automation, and AI-assisted testing, while also coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. Experience in Project Management or Business Analysis will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Own, define, and execute the end-to-end QA strategy across projects.
Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Drive functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Leverage AI tools and modern automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Implement and maintain test automation suites for web, mobile, and API layers.
Review and approve releases for deployment readiness.
Work closely with product owners, developers, BAs, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.
Track and report defects, risks, and quality metrics.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and documentation standards.
Mentor junior QA team members (if applicable).
Contribute to requirement analysis and provide input during planning phases.
Required Skills & Experience
Around 5 years of hands-on QA experience, including test design and execution.
Strong experience in manual testing and automation testing.
Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or AI-assisted QA workflows.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defective lifecycle.
Experience in using tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
Ability to work closely with development and business teams.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Preferred: Background or experience in Project Management or Business Analysis.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of API automation frameworks.
Understanding cloud platforms or DevOps workflows.
