The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, drive scrum ceremonies, and conduct in-depth research to inform strategic product decisions.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a QA Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Proven ability to gather and document requirements in a technical environment.
Experience conducting market and user research.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
