What skills and experience will you need for this role?

• Knowledge of Oracle, Unix, SQL is important
• Knowledge of Language like Java would be beneficial
• Strong Knowledge of Telecom domain Mandatory
• Experience in Testing no less than 5 years

• We need experienced and seasoned Leads who have been doing this job for at least 2 years
• Self-Starter, Proactive
• Ability to manage people;
• Interest in self-development;
• Striving for analytical work;
• Ability and readiness to accept responsibility;
• Willingness for self-development in Software Quality Assurance domain;
• Experience in managing a team on a project;
• Excellent knowledge of software testing methods and technologies, experience in using them;

• Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall model and should have worked in these test methodologies
• Knowledge of specific software and tools (Bug Management systems, Test Tools);

• Preferably JIRA, QC
• Ability to communicate with the customers and Netcracker Program and QA Management on QA issues;
• Must be Excellent Communicator with precise and concise information sharing ability

• English language (speaking, reading, writing of technical documentation).
• Knowledge of Automation would be added Advantage
• Must be team player
• Problem-solving skills
