We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead to oversee quality assurance for our marketing campaigns.
This individual will play a critical role in ensuring flawless execution of digital campaigns, with a special focus on email marketing.
The ideal candidate has extensive QA experience in marketing campaign testing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive issues to resolution.
Responsibilities
Lead QA efforts across digital marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on email and cross-channel execution.
Develop, maintain, and execute QA checklists to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency of campaigns.
Review campaign builds for rendering accuracy across devices, browsers, email clients, and dark/light modes.
Identify, document, and manage bugs or defects, and collaborate with campaign managers, developers, and designers to drive resolution.
Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and end customers.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, campaign logic, personalization, and deliverability best practices.
Partner with marketing operations, CRM, and development teams to proactively identify process improvements and enhance QA workflows.
Mentor and guide junior QA resources or cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on QA experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email and multi-channel campaign testing.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is highly preferred (but not mandatory).
Proficiency in campaign rendering, personalization testing, and end-to-end QA workflows.
Excellent documentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommend resolutions.
Experience in UAT facilitation with business stakeholders or customers.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across tea ms.
