: Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and provide guidance to a team consisting of Test Engineers.
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing of Web Applications.
- Domain experience in at least one of the ERP modules such as HRM, MM, FM etc.
- Experience of creating automation framework using selenium (Java/Javascript) or any other tools.
- Has understood and adopted effective techniques in an agile product development environment.
- Should be able to optimize & manage resources and time.
- Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the product.
- Should be able to work in close collaboration with Business Analyst and Engineering teams.
