We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in End-to-End Testing within the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Functional testing, Tosca automation, and EDI validation, along with proven leadership abilities to guide QA teams through complex testing cycles and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions.
Location: Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage QA activities for end-to-end testing of US Healthcare applications and integrations.
Define, plan, and execute Functional, Automation, and Integration testing strategies.
Oversee and participate in EDI testing (HIPAA transactions such as 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, etc.).
Utilize Tosca to design and maintain automation test suites for regression and functional testing.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality standards.
Review test plans, test cases, and defect reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, providing technical and process leadership.
Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA) and organizational QA best practices.
Provide regular project status updates, metrics, and test summary reports to management and clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of overall QA experience with at least 3+ years in a lead or senior QA role.
Proven experience in US Healthcare domain testing (payer, provider, or claims systems).
Strong understanding of EDI transactions and data validation.
Hands-on experience with Tosca for automation testing.
Expertise in Functional testing and End-to-End QA processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
Working knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD integration for test automation.
