Job Purpose and Impact
The Quality Assurance/Testing Analyst III will plan and implement programs to ensure all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end user requirements. In this role, you will administer problem management processes, including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution.
Key Accountabilities
- Consult with development engineers to resolve problems.
- Document test results to assist in debugging and modifying software.
- Analyze and write test standards and procedures.
- Develop, modify and execute software test plans.
- Debug complex software products using systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
