to join our Quality Assurance team in ensuring the highest standards of
food quality, hygiene, and safety
across all production and service processes. The intern will assist in daily QA activities, product checks, and documentation while gaining hands-on experience in food industry operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the QA team in
monitoring food safety and hygiene practices
across production and service areas.
Support in
sampling and testing of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
as per QA protocols.
Help maintain and update
QA documentation, checklists, and inspection records
.
Participate in
internal audits and compliance checks
as per FSSAI and company standards.
Observe and report any
deviations or non-conformities
during production or service operations.
Coordinate with the
kitchen, production, and purchase teams
to ensure quality compliance.
Assist in
training sessions or awareness programs
on hygiene and safety for staff.
Support the QA Executive in implementing
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
.
Basic understanding of
FSSAI norms, HACCP principles, and GMP practices
.
Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Eagerness to learn about practical QA operations in the food industry.

Pay: ₹9,282.62 - ₹20,000.00 per month
