We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Manual QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through manual testing processes. Responsibilities:

Test Planning:

Develop detailed test plans based on project specifications and requirements. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand project goals and functionality.

Test Execution:

Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to validate functionality, user interface, and system integration. Identify, document, and communicate defects to the development team.

Regression Testing:

Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.

Exploratory Testing:

Use exploratory testing techniques to uncover issues and scenarios not covered by existing test cases.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.

Quality Advocacy:

Act as an advocate for software quality, providing input on best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or similar role. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and processes. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools. Understanding of web technologies and mobile application testing.
