Design and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
Identify, document, and report bugs and errors
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software
Recommend enhancements to improve user experience
Conduct various functional tests including component, API, regression, integration, and smoke testing
Research and benchmark competitor products
Understand SDLC, STLC, bug life cycle, Agile methodologies, and testing processes
Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
