About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing within a fast-paced, agile environment. You will work closely with developer teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like

Cypress

or

Playwright

Leverage knowledge of

Selenium

or other automation tools as an added advantage Perform

manual testing

including

sanity

,

regression

, and

ad-hoc

testing Identify and write

custom XPaths

and use various

element locators

Handle

timeouts

,

dynamic elements

, and

calendar components

in automation scripts Test and validate

APIs

using tools like Postman or similar Prepare detailed

test reports

, document bugs, and track them to closure Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an

Agile

development environment Understand and apply

testing concepts

,

techniques

, and the

bug life cycle

Use

bug tracking tools

such as

JIRA

Trello

, or equivalents Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

Required Skills:

Familiarity with at least one automation tool:

Cypress

or

Playwright

Strong programming skills in any language (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.) Good understanding of

software testing methodologies

Hands-on experience with

XPath

element locators

, and

DOM inspection

Basic knowledge of

API testing

Understanding of

Agile methodologies

and

bug tracking systems

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior internship or project experience in QA or software testing Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
