Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

QA Intern

to join our Quality Assurance team. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to test software applications, identify bugs, and ensure our products meet high standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, developing, and executing test cases and test plans Perform manual testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications Log detailed bug reports and work with developers to resolve issues Participate in regression, functional, and user acceptance testing Learn and apply QA best practices, tools, and processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements Support test automation efforts where possible (if applicable) Document test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Basic understanding of software development and QA methodologies Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) is a plus Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Exposure to automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman) Experience writing simple test scripts or using test frameworks Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
