Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, usability, and performance. Perform manual and automated testing of software applications, websites, or other digital products. Identify, document, and prioritize defects or issues found during testing, and work closely with development teams to resolve them. Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes and updates do not adversely impact existing functionality. Analyse test results, track and report quality metrics, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software quality assurance.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Excellent communication skills in English and other Indian Languages Must have Analytical Thinking, Technical Proficiency, Problem-Solving Abilities, Team Player Good in time management and should have ethical mindset
