Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic

QA Head / Management Representative (MR)

to lead our Quality Assurance function.

Lead and manage the

Quality Management System (QMS)

in line with MACE, VSA, IATF Act as the

Management Representative (MR)

for external audits, certifications, and customer visits. Monitor quality across raw materials, in?process checks, and finished goods. Drive

root cause analysis, CAPA, and process improvements

. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure product quality standards. Train and mentor the QA team to build a culture of quality and compliance. Strong knowledge of

ISO standards

and regulatory requirements. Expertise in Sheet metal, CNC

manufacturing processes

. Proficiency in quality tools: SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills. Ability to handle customer complaints and audits effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
