1. Write manual test cases with objectives & detailed step
2. Execute manual test cases
3. Execute regression using automated scripts in service pack and cumulative patch releases
4. Must have conceptual knowledge of web services
5. Must have a good understanding of SDLC/STLC
6. Must have a working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies
7. Must have a good team working and critical thinking skills
