Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B. Tech, M. Tech (food technologist)

EXP: 3-5 Years (Preferred in Frozen food industry)

Gujarat, India - 390010

Line monitoring, CCP monitoring, GMP-GHP monitoring, HACCP knowledge, knowledge on audit documentation, record keeping.

Morning round throughout the plant and line clearance.

Responsible for the Production and Primary & secondary packing activity

On line inspection and monitoring of process parameters - weight & count control.

Statistical analysis where ever required.

Implementation of corrective actions.

Conducting Sensory evaluation on daily basis (For regenerated products)

Evening Vegetable receiving inspection.

Monitoring and implementation of GMP & GHP.

Day to day record keeping.

FG verification.

Dispatch inspection and documentation of dispatch reports.

HACCP related Validation work as and when required.

Management of control samples for entire finished products.

Monitoring and control of Labeling and batch coding activities.
