o Responsible for all Calibration activity Internal & External and record maintenance.
o Responsible for Equipment Qualification & Documentation control.
o Process Validation Protocol & Report Preparation
o Cleaning Validation Protocol & Report Preparation
Others
o Responsible for monitoring & compliance of Self-Inspection and Quality Audits conducted at site.
o Monitoring, review & execution of Technology Transfer activities.
o Responsible for the preparation & monitoring of HACCP & its related activity.
o Handling of QMS activity.
o Handling of Food safety related activities.
o Responsible for execution & monitoring of training.
Responsible for checking:
o Building and Facility
o Equipment
o HVAC System
o Process Validation
Preparation, control, archival and review GMP and Quality Documents and recording of the same that includes:
o CQPs & SOP's
o Protocol and Reports
o Formats
o Logs and Log Books
o Batch Record
Specifications :
o Monitoring and review of Reprocess and Recovery in manufacturing areas.
o Responsible for GMP Compliance in Plant on day to day basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
