Perform routine analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM) and Finished Goods (FG) to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
Conduct validation and verification of all critical procedures related to new equipment, new processes and new product introductions.
Implement, monitor and maintain hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
Organize and conduct training sessions for plant personnel on GMP, GHP and safety protocols to promote a culture of food safety and quality.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as per HACCP and FSSC 22000 requirements, always ensuring audit readiness.
Ensure timely calibration, maintenance and validation of laboratory instruments and production equipment to maintain measurement accuracy.
Coordinate and liaise with external agencies, auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections, audits, and certification processes.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Technology or a related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in a food processing or FMCG environment.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Well-versed in GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and FSSAI regulations.
Hands-on experience with lab equipment, calibration procedures and analytical testing methods.
Works effectively within cross-functional teams to maintain quality across operations.
Competent in conducting employee training sessions on safety, hygiene and quality practices.
Proficient in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
