Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled

Quality Engineer

with strong experience in documentation, audits, inspections, and electrical testing. The candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of power resistor products including wire-wound resistors, braking resistors, load banks, and custom resistance assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

:

Perform

incoming, in-process, and final inspection

of resistor components and finished products.

Conduct electrical testing:

resistance value check, insulation resistance, load testing, and temperature rise testing.

Assess and evaluate

Volt ampere (VA)

requirements of machinery & equipment.

Ensure all products meet

technical drawings, specifications, and customer standards.

Maintain strong

quality documentation

including inspection reports, test reports, calibration logs, NCR reports, and audit records.

Handle

internal, external, ISO, customer, and supplier audits

with proper documentation readiness.

Ensure timely closure of audit

NCs (Non-Conformities)

and implement improvements.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA

for repeated issues.

Coordinate with

Production, Design, and Purchase

teams to resolve quality problems.

Ensure proper calibration & handling of

measuring / testing

instruments.

Support

continuous improvement

projects to reduce defects and improve process performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech in

Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Strong experience in

quality documentation & audit preparation

.

Knowledge of quality tools:

7 QC tools, CAPA, RCA, PDCA

.

Hands-on experience with electrical measuring instruments (Multimeter, Ohm Meter, Megger, LCR Meter).

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications.

Should have good communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
