Investigate market complaints, recommends corrective action & submits a report on the same to Head QA. Implementation of corrective and preventive action of internal and external audit. Documentation & compliance of self-inspection as per SOP. Corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) in response to vendor quality complaints. Development and generation of documents line with regulatory affairs. Vendor audits for vendor evaluation and qualification for Raw Material and Packing material. Training of site staff on quality systems and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and SOP\xe2\x80\x99s. Ensures implementation of cGMP, cGLP standards in shop floor activity in QC & Production. Artwork approval & preparation of product files (MFR, Process validation, Analytical method validation). Monitoring and control of Quality Control Instruments and ensure periodic calibration and validation. Planning and scheduling of day to day activity.
