Key Responsibilities of an HR Generalist :-
Experience specifically in API Quality Management System (QMS). Hands-on knowledge of deviations, change controls, CAPA, incident handling, and GMP documentation. Ability to review and maintain SOPs, batch records, and QA documents. Understanding of cGMP guidelines and regulatory compliance. Experience supporting internal/external audits and timely closure of QMS activities.
