. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining product quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished dairy/food products
Assist in microbiological and chemical testing (training will be provided)
Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices within production areas
Support documentation such as batch records, test reports, and SOPs
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI
, GMP, and other food safety standards
Assist in conducting internal audits and quality inspections
Report deviations or quality issues to senior QA staff
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for corrective actions
Required Skills:
Strong attention to hygiene and product safety
Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Good communication and reporting ability
Willingness to learn lab testing, documentation, and QA procedures
Ability to work in production environments

B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology) or Diploma in Food Technology preferred
Candidates with internships in dairy/food plants will be an added advantage
