Job Description

Looking for QA / Senior QA Executive.Location - BKCWorking days -Mon to FriTime - 9 to 5.00pmCore ResponsibilitiesAMR and Metrics Coordinator:

• Assure monthly metrics are reviewed and management elevation are consolidated in structured data package as applicable for the AMR elevation processes.
• Facilitate Monthly as well as Quarterly management review and further elevate relevant information as applicable.
• Analyse Complaint and ER trending by using Pareto analysis tool and other quality systems as required.

Quality Systems:

• Develop Regional procedures as required to simplify the Divisional procedures.
• Review of applicable Division level documents and provide comments.
• Perform Annual Quality Review for applicable quality systems.
• Support regional & global initiatives.
• Support ER Excellence programme and Oversight on ER & CAPA system management across region from Initiation to resolution and its effectiveness check.
• Handling activities in SolTRAQ as per requirement.
