Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or Computer Applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Technical Skill Set

Software QA for medical devices Knowledge of IEC 62304 and regulated SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) environments Automation testing for mobile applications Hands-on experience with Appium, XCTest, Espresso, or similar automation frameworks White-box testing, black-box testing, V&V, regression, performance, integration, and unit testing Experience with backend web services testing (preferred) Exposure to hardware testing (preferred)

Profile Overview

The Software QA Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support the development, validation, and release of high-quality imaging solutions. Since medical imaging demands precision, the role requires an engineer who understands that "almost working" is not acceptable -- product performance directly impacts clinicians and patient care.

Mandatory Experience

5+ years of hands-on QA in a regulated medical device industry Strong automation testing experience for iOS and Android applications Ability to identify, reproduce, and document defects with clear articulation Familiarity with FDA quality system requirements and SaMD standards Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with IEC 62304 and SaMD/FDA quality system requirements Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for medical imaging products Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA Develop and implement automated test scripts for iOS and Android applications Collaborate with software, hardware, product, and clinical teams to define use cases and improve product robustness Participate in design and architecture reviews to enhance product quality and reliability

Must have a stable internet connection for remote work days Laptop will be provided after onboarding Background verification as per standard process Submission of valid ID proofs (Aadhar, PAN, photograph, passport if available)

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
