Position Overview

: As an Electrical Control Panel Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality of electrical control panels throughout the production process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures for electrical control panel production. Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify any defects or deviations from specifications. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure adherence to technical requirements. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Investigate customer complaints or issues related to control panel quality and implement corrective actions. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of purchased components and materials. Provide technical guidance and support to production teams regarding quality-related matters. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to electrical control panel quality.
Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in quality engineering, preferably in the electrical control panel industry. In-depth knowledge of electrical control panel design, manufacturing, and testing. Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvement. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) , ISO /CE documentation understanding are a plus.
