QA Engineer II

\xc2\xb7Design and deliver risk-based test plans for new and current features and functionalities of applications and full stack development processes.

\xc2\xb7Assess feature and project requirements to develop test strategy and QA deliverables to ensure end to end test coverage which includes gap analysis through SDLC.

\xc2\xb7Oversee, build, and maintain knowledge repository of policies, procedures and standards ensuring delivery of high-quality features and functionality.

\xc2\xb7Lead the accuracy and identification of the source of discrepancies between expected/actual test results and analyze the impact of any design changes.

\xc2\xb7 Interact with a diverse group of technologists and business team members including offshore team members.

\xc2\xb7Experience with Agile methodology and the ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement.

\xc2\xb7Lead the QA function completeness for change management production readiness.

\xc2\xb7Mentor, coach, and train QA engineers regarding execution of automated scripts and error research.

\xc2\xb7Coordinate and work with globally distributed teams.

\xc2\xb7Take ownership of team success and customer outcomes.

\xc2\xb7Ensure deliverables are being worked upon to satisfy the project requirements and schedule which include co-ordinate and track with the offshore team on the various test activities and provide guidance.

\xc2\xb7 Load, Manage and Track regression automation test cases in our test management tool JIRA.

Key Requirements:

\xc2\xb7Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or similar work experience

\xc2\xb7Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or development.

\xc2\xb7Minimum 5 years of web application testing through a full system development life cycle.

\xc2\xb7Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows. Experience analyzing project requirements and ability to create test strategy, test plan and test cases.

\xc2\xb7Ability to work independently or as a team player, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving. Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks simultaneously. Must be able to troubleshoot and clearly document issues. Must have the ability and desire to quickly learn new skills and technologies. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
