Job Summary:

The QA Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining all quality-related documents to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent command of English, and the ability to create, edit, and organize technical and procedural documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and control QA documents such as SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals. Ensure all documentation complies with company and industry standards. Maintain document control systems and track document revisions and approvals. Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and records. Coordinate with production, quality control, and R&D departments for document updates. Draft and proofread reports, quality summaries, and compliance records. Manage electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval. Assist in training staff on documentation procedures and record-keeping practices. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all QA documentation activities.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong grammar, formatting, and proofreading abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of document control systems (preferred). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic understanding of quality systems (ISO, GMP, or related standards) is an advantage.
