Job Description

Role:

Responsible for all personal care site work in the North side (Himachal Pradesh - Baddi/ Pantasahab) location
Ensure packaging material is as per approval; the artwork and vendor
Responsible for taking the FG approval before despatch as per the agreement with the co-manufacturer
Ensure RM as specification & ensure that the co. manufacturing uses the right material quality as per specifications
Ensure testing COA; MSDS & other respective document time to time with the consignment
Escalation with NPD/ Quality Team for any non compliances
RCA for non-conformities & CAPA validation
Product stability check
Ensure vendor agreement & testing protocol is followed by co-manufacturing
Any change management needs to be documented from the respective stakeholder
Tracking RFT% & non-confirmation needs to improve
Co-ordinate with NPD, R&D Innovation team for trials
Actively participate with the supply team for new vendor registration & onboarding
Tracking improvement, performance, any internal issues.
Leading & coordinating legal compliances from the company
