Only experience Candidate apply Preparation & Review of standard operation procedure (SOP) Handling of QMS Documents Deviation ,Change control. Preparation of Annual product Quality Review (APQR). Dossier Submission Related documentation work for New product. Participate in the Validation i.e. HVAC, Dehydrogenation Tunnel and Washing machine, CIP& SIP Holding vessel, Autoclave, Filling & Sealing Executed and compiled AHU and DHU Qualification, Dynamic pass box, MS & EMS system, Executed and compiled of Equipment Qualification of New Project Execution & Compilation of Process validation ,hold time study as per protocol Handling of Control sample Management. Water system operational logbooks & Reports verification. Prepared, Executed and compiled of media fill activity and Prospective batches. Review Documentation of all manufacturing activities (BMR, BPR calibration formats and Log Books). Handling process, quality checking at various stages and implementing proper online system in production activities. Manufacturing and filling operations of parenteral products. Following WHO \xe2\x80\x93 cGMP guidelines. Washing and autoclave following WHO \xe2\x80\x93 cGMP guidelines. Dispensing activities. Handling and Monitoring all activities of IPQA Like as Line Clearance ,Dispensing(RM,PM), Sampling Executed and compiled of Equipment Qualification of New Project Work ( Dynamic pass box, AHU,LAF) \xef\x81\xb6 Executed and compiled of Qualification of New Project Work of Area Qualification \xef\x81\xb6 Preparation &Review of documents like Protocol and Report \xef\x81\xb6 Experience in issuing of line clearance at every step of batch manufacturing \xef\x81\xb6 Handling of deviations, CAPA ,Change control, NCR , and Root cause \xef\x81\xb6 Assisted in production of various products. \xef\x81\xb6 Handling QMS regarding Task Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
