Handle user queries related to application functionality and provide effective technical solutions.
Support CRM end-users by resolving system issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Analyze requirements and test scenarios to identify automation opportunities.
Execute automated test cases, analyze test results, and report defects with proper documentation.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve test coverage and product quality.
Create and maintain technical documentation for automation frameworks, test scripts, and new implementations.
Ensure continuous improvement of automation processes and testing efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automation testing and QA methodologies.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, tools, and scripting languages.
Experience in test case design, automation execution, and defect tracking.
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Certifications in software testing, QA, or automation testing will be an added advantage.
