Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

QA Automation Tester

to design, develop, and execute automated tests that ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with automation frameworks, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute

automated test scripts

for web, mobile, and API applications. Design and implement

automation frameworks

and reusable components. Perform

functional, regression, integration, performance, and smoke testing

. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. Participate in

requirements review

and

test planning

to ensure full test coverage. Integrate automated tests into

CI/CD pipelines

(e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Maintain test documentation, including

test plans, test cases, and test reports

. Use tools like

JIRA

,

Azure DevOps

, or similar for defect tracking. Collaborate with QA leads, developers, product managers, and business analysts. Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2-5+ years

of experience in QA automation testing. Strong knowledge of

test automation tools

such as: Selenium WebDriver Playwright Cypress Appium (for mobile) Postman / REST Assured (for API automation) Experience in programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar. Experience with

CI/CD tools

(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab). Familiarity with

version control

(Git). Strong understanding of

SDLC

,

STLC

, and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities.
