Job Title: Automation Test Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Automation Test Engineer

with a strong foundation in both

manual and automation testing

. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products by designing robust test strategies, building automated test suites, and driving quality best practices in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and API applications Build and enhance automation frameworks using tools like

Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or RestAssured

Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers in Agile teams Conduct API testing using Postman, Swagger, or automation tools Participate in requirement reviews, design walkthroughs, and sprint planning Analyze test results, debug issues, and log detailed defect reports Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in

test automation

Strong knowledge of testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC Hands-on experience in one or more automation tools:

Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar

Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like

Java, Python, or JavaScript

Experience in

API testing

using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like

Jira, Git, TestRail

Understanding of CI/CD processes and test integration in pipelines Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ISTQB or other QA certifications

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
