Job Description

Minimum 4+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Automation Testing Prior experience working in a service-based IT environment handling multiple clients and projects Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a QA automation team across different engagements Strong hands-on expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar Proficiency in automation scripting using Python, Java, or JavaScript Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for client projects Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and client-driven delivery models Ability to perform test planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, and delivery tracking Experience in API testing, database validation, and end-to-end integration testing Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, or equivalent Responsible for test case reviews, code reviews, defect management, and quality sign-off Ability to communicate effectively with onshore/offshore clients and internal stakeholders Strong documentation, reporting, and client communication skills with fluency in English Capable of handling multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing client requirements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
