Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM application testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, API testing, and UI testing, ensuring the quality and performance of Vtiger-based solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Testing: Test and validate Vtiger-CRM functionalities, including custom objects, workflows, reports, and integrations. Verify Vtiger-specific configurations, ensuring compliance with business requirements. Manual Testing: Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases based on functional specifications. Perform exploratory, functional, regression, and system testing to identify issues. API Testing: Validate API functionality, performance, and error handling using tools such as Postman*.
UI Testing: Test Salesforce CRM UI, ensuring the application meets usability and design standards. Validate responsive designs and browser compatibility. Defect Management: Log, track, and manage bugs using tools like JIRA.

Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Quality Assurance Process: Ensure adherence to QA standards, practices, and processes. Contribute to test planning, execution, and automation strategies when applicable. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver quality outcomes. Provide QA status updates and contribute to project discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of Salesforce workflows, triggers, and process builder testing.

Testing Tools:

Proficiency in API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

Testing Techniques

: Strong understanding of manual, API, and UI testing methodologies.
Experience with test design, execution, and defect reporting.

Soft Skills

: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, Playwright
Basic understanding of MYSQL queries.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?750,000.00 per year
