Join us and be part of a vibrant company that embraces diverse perspectives, and is committed to doing well by doing good.Automation QA EngineerPosition SummaryQA Engineer works under the direction of QA Team Lead to perform Quality Assurance (that is, conformance to specifications) activities within FINASTRA. Implementation QA Engineer is responsible for testing of software application based on specified customers requirements and maintaining working relationships with many different groups within the organization (for example, Product, Development, BAs, customers) on a daily basis. Implementation QA Engineer is the advocate for the customer to ensure the customer receives software that conforms to agreed-upon specifications.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop test cases that provide evidence of the softwares conformance to documented Functional and Technical specifications (Manual at first, with intention to full automation)Assure testing coverage based on customers requirementsConduct tests review with relevant stakeholdersDevelop data used to set up the system for the clients useValidate customer setup from end user perspectiveConduct regression testing on every new release and prior delivery to the customerProvide the Project with accurate status of releasesConduct qualification of customer defectsPerform re-tests of fixed defects to ensure compliance to specifications and affected area.Participate in walk-through of documentation held by various groups in FinastraParticipate in post-test team meetings intended to identify areas of improvement in the test processSupport the clients in their implementations of FINASTRA Products (on and off-site)Work in teams to determine test objectives, execute test cases and improve testing processesJob Requirements

• Relevant academic background (BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology) or relevant experience

• Experience in:

3-4 years SW testingJava programming languageQA methodology and processAutomated Soap UI test developmentoperating automated tools advantageSQL,Oracle DB and MongoDB

• Knowledge of:

Payment systems or/and Banking advantagePC - including MS Office productsEnglish mother tongue levelAbility to work under pressure with extreme deadlines and in dynamic environmentExcellent technical skills

• Able to multi-task, is self-motivated and able to motivate others

• Team player ability to work with a team in a dynamic and complex environment
