We are an IT product base company head quarter\'s in USA . Position: QA Engineer-Automation Location: PUNE JOB DETAILS: Required Skills:

• Performance testing experience with relevant automation and monitoring tools of Web Applications.
• Documentation of NFT Test Approach and Test Results in a way that can be understood by both Business & Technical.
• Working knowledge of Automated Test and Test Management Tools (e.g. JIRA, DevOps, etc).
• Ability identify bottleneck and drilldown to root cause.
• Detail-oriented and methodical testing process.
• Capacity Planning, Trending & Management
• Highly organized and able to compile detailed testing reports.
• Capable of deriving the performance test strategy and deliver the project independently.
• Client-Side Performance Testing & optimization, Baselining and Benchmarking
• Experience with Jmeter and other performance testing tools.
• Experience with scripting and testing using Jmeter and Gatling.
• Comfortable with identifying, assessing, and solving problems quickly.

Critical Skills:

• Be self-motivated, solution-oriented.
• Ability to create reusable performance test scripts.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to understand complex applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keeps abreast of current technology trends
• Familiar with application development best practices
• One or more programming language, aligned with needs for particular performance tools
• Experience with Performance Testing tools - Load Generators, Performance Monitoring tools, Reporting tools etc.

Good to have:

• Creating Knowledge Artifacts for the wider team to use
• Training & Coaching of new team members
• Experience in automated testing: Selenium with C#
