Experience Profile -

7+ years overall IT experience 5+ years hands-on test automation 1+ year building and delivering automation frameworks at speed Senior, delivery-focused, detail-oriented profiles who can operate independently

Core Responsibilities

Define, refine, and implement test automation best practices Design and build automation frameworks, scripts, and data suites Drive increased automation coverage across delivery teams Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines Partner closely with engineering teams to shorten feedback loops Provide clear, prioritized defect reporting Collaborate with Product Owners / BAs on backlog refinement and effort estimation

Key Skills & Technologies

Strong automation framework design and implementation experience Tools / frameworks:

Cucumber, Selenium, WebDriverIO, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, TestComplete

Languages:

Java, JavaScript

CI/CD & tooling:

Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps

Strong Agile, DevOps, and TDD exposure Cloud experience and non-functional testing experience preferred

Nice to Have

Experience working with globally distributed teams
End-to-end testing exposure (Unit System IntegrationUAT) * Pensions / Benefits administration domain experience (US-focused) is a plus
