ABOUT THE ROLE

Ensures the company\'s software products meet quality standards by researching, consulting, performing testing processes and leveraging automation tools to measure total product quality. Performs quality assurance activities requiring planning, scheduling, and testing to ensure that developed or third-party products meet functional business requirements and technical design specifications.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Product from SQA perspective
• Quickly develop a good understanding of the product & features
• Develop System test plan for functionality, Performance, Scale.
• Develops and executes automation testing strategy and processes.
• Building automated test scripts for all the test cases
• Build test scenarios and test strategies to ensure top quality application delivery.
• Build test cases and scripts based upon business requirements and technical design specifications with emphasis on positive testing, negative testing, integration testing, and performance/ stress testing.
• Bulld testing strategies to make sure deliverables are tested from different angles like performance, scalability, and usability.
• Manage the technical co-ordination with for all the stake holder\'s deployments.
• Responsible for maintaining test artifacts.
• Develops and executes automation testing strategy and processes.
• Responsible for test environment setup including application installation, test data preparation, documentation, and assets management.
• Peer-Review test scripts and test results.
• Perform Manual testing as required

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s degree from a four-year College or university and at least three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years Quality Assurance experience & automation with Selenium and Java (Desirable)/Cucumber/C#.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Critical thinking and multitasking.
• General programming knowledge and experience.
• Ability to develop detailed test cases based on software/hardware changes.
• Ability to execute and evaluate results of detailed test cases.
• Ability to learn new technologies and business concepts quickly.
• Knowledge of the system/software development life cycle.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with automated test tools is required.
• Familiarity with the Agile Development process is a plus.
• QA certification is a plus.
• Candidate with SAAS based application are preferred.
• Azure experience will be a plus.
