+ A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
+ 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting
+ Experience with high-volume prospecting and appointment setting
+ Familiarity with generating leads from the US and European regions
+ Previous experience in the IT Services industry, particularly within mid-sized IT firms, sourcing mid to large-scale IT-related projects
+ Strong expertise in lead generation for key services, including Web & Mobile App Development, Testing, AI, IoT, DevOps, and RPA
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
+ A proven track record of meeting sales lead generation and appointment-setting targets
+ Need to work from the office (Gurgaon) at least twice a week, hence candidates from Delhi NCR preferred
+ Daily tracking of prospects, identifying decision-makers, industries, and companies, and reaching out with a personalized pitch
+ Keep the customer database, tracker, and CRM updated regularly with timely information and customer needs
