Should be BSc/MSc Agriculture background
Implement, monitor and upgrade various food safety and Quality Management systems in the plant
Ensure specification compliances of all RM, SFG, FG and PM
Ensure GMP, GHP etc at the estabilishment
Follow SOP's and highlight amendment whereever required.
Execute continous improvements at all level of operationsExecute Cross functional audits, Internal Audits, Daily inspections and ensure compliances
Implement Food Safety objectives and monitor it periodically
RCA of various incidents and execute CAPA
Assist product Recalls and execute market QA assurance programmes
Assure Calibrations of all monitoring devices
Monitor Pest control and Plant fumigations
Do analysis as per the sampling and testing plan and report accurate results and take actions on deviation
Do QA hold for the Spec out materials and give utilisation plan. Arrive at RCA and CAPA for the failure.
Train the shopfloor team on the procedures, Hygiene and evaluate the performance and report deviation
Liaise with various external stake holders like EIA, Spices board etc as per the directions of Manager QA
Participate in various R&D Trials
Execute Process audits and prepare reports for improvements
Execute ALTIC
Organoleptic evaluation, chemical and microniological analysis of the products
