Job Description

Architecture Design:
Design and implement robust test automation frameworks for mobile apps, selecting appropriate tools and technologies based on the platform (iOS, Android) and application complexity.
Test Case Design:
Lead the development of comprehensive test cases for various scenarios, including user flows, edge cases, and regression testing, ensuring high test coverage.
Performance Optimization:
Identify and implement strategies to optimize mobile application performance testing, including load testing, stress testing, and battery usage analysis.
Device Matrix Management:
Manage a comprehensive device matrix across different operating system versions and hardware configurations to ensure thorough testing on diverse devices.
Collaboration with Development Teams:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and integrate testing activities into the development process.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance to the testing team on best practices for mobile app testing, including test methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
Defect Management:
Oversee the defect tracking process, prioritize critical issues, and work with developers to resolve identified defects.
Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze test results, generate detailed reports on testing progress, and identify trends to inform future testing strategies.
Required Skills:
Mobile App Testing Expertise:
Deep understanding of mobile application testing methodologies, including functional, performance, usability, security, and compatibility testing.
Automation Frameworks:
Proficiency in designing and implementing mobile app automation frameworks using tools like Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
