Key Responsibilities

Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on gaskets using tools like calipers, micrometers, and pressure testers to detect defects such as cracks or improper compression.? Review production processes, document non-conformances, and initiate corrective actions to maintain ISO or industry standards.? Perform incoming material checks, in-process audits, and final product approvals while maintaining detailed records and reports.?

Required Qualifications

Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, quality management, or related field; certifications like ASQ CQA or ISO 9001 auditor preferred.? 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing QA, ideally with gaskets, rubber, or sealing components.?

Essential Skills

Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis) and knowledge of gasket materials like spiral wound or rubber.? Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with production teams for continuous improvement.
