JOB DESCRIPTION Write efficient test plans and test cases that exercise all logic paths. Good Knowledge of Manual testing ,automation testing also known Selenium ,RPT SoapUI. Experience for retesting ,Bug reporting ,HTML ,CSS ,DataDriven ,Smoke testing , Sanity testing. Use testing tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing environment. Coordinate test execution. Excellent understanding of SDLC and STLC Document and disseminate test results Analyze results and improve future testing iterations To operate effective QA procedures. To provide guidance and support to facilitate the fair operation of the system. Understand the functionality of the application before starting the testing. Prepare test cases for each and every test scenario that is being identified in previous meetings. Should knowledge of Performance testing ,Load testing ,SQL ,integration testing ,Ad-hoc testing ,Regression testing ,Mobile application testing (IOS,ANDROID) Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications. Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables ensures the ability to find the bad defects and bugs quickly. REQUIREMENTS: 0-3 years of experience as a Software Tester Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and others. Experience with coding using JAVA, HTML5, DB2, XML Experience with web security technology Experience with software QA tools and processes A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company\'s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills
